We recommend booking bounce house rentals as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Popular inflatables and dates can book up quickly. While we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, it's best to reserve your rentals at least 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.
Do you deliver and set up the bounce houses?
Yes, Froggy Hops offers delivery and setup services within our standard operating area. We carefully deliver, inflate, and set up your inflatables at the event location. We also provide instructions on safe usage and proper inflation levels.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a sudden emergency, we require 24 hours' notice to re-schedule or receive a 50% fee.
Do I need to purchase additional insurance?
While Froggy Hops provides high-quality inflatables, we strongly recommend obtaining event cancellation insurance. This type of insurance protects you financially in case your event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather or other covered events.
